Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit: Secure the date with a 20% - 50% non-refundable retainer Final Payment Deadline: On or before date of service Cancellation Windows; 30+ Days Out: Often allowed to move the deposit to a new date. 14-30 Days Out: Partial refund or forfeit deposit. Under 7 - 14 Days Out: No refunds; full payment forfeited Rescheduling Policy: Allow one-time rescheduling (subject to availability) if notice is given 14+ days in advance. Weather: Note that for outdoor events, the client must provide shelter and no refund will be given if the booth cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions.
