Hi, I’m Shareen — owner of Shareen Malieka Photography. A passionate photographer and videographer with over 11 years of experience capturing love, life, and the moments in between. I specialize in both photography and cinematic wedding films that feel as real and beautiful as your day truly was.
A Cinematic Touch With a strong background in the TV and film industry, I bring a cinematic edge to every story I tell. I’ve written, directed, and produced my own short film (Unemployed), and I’m listed on IMDb as a filmmaker. These experiences allow me to craft wedding videos that are emotionally rich, beautifully edited, and deeply personal — not just a recap, but a film you’ll want to watch again and again.
Why I Love What I Do
What truly lights me up is working with people. I love helping my clients feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated in front of the camera. Whether it’s a smile they didn’t know they had or a moment they didn’t know I caught — surprising people with the beauty I see in them is what fuels me.
More Than a Lens
Outside of the camera, I’m also an author of Don't Count Yourself Out and a lover of storytelling in all its forms. I have also written, produced and directed a short film call Unemployed. Every project I take on is about more than just visuals — it’s about emotion, connection, and creating something meaningful that lasts.
