How do I book your services?
You can book online through our website or by scheduling a call. A 25% deposit is required to secure your date.
Can the deposit be adjusted?
Yes, the deposit amount may be negotiable depending on your situation. Please contact us to discuss.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a refund. Within 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future service.
When will I receive my photos and videos?
Delivery times vary depending on the event, but you can expect your content between 2 weeks and 3 months after your event date.
Do you provide insurance documents for venues?
Yes, we can provide proof of insurance. Please let us know in advance if your venue requires documentation.
Do you retain the rights to the photos and videos?
Yes, we reserve the right to use event media for promotional purposes. Full usage rights may be included in some packages or can be added for a fee.
Is it safe for children to use the 360 photo booth?
Children under 12 and special needs children must be accompanied by an adult when using the 360 photo booth for safety reasons.
Do you require meals for full-day events?
Yes, we kindly ask clients to provide meals during full-day weddings or long events for our team.
