Shipping Policy - The Basics 

1. Digital Deliverables
All digital content is delivered via secure online links (e.g., Google Drive, WeTransfer). Expect delivery within 2 weeks to 3 months based on the service. Links may expire after 30 days, so please download promptly.
2. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)
Items such as USB drives, albums, or prints (if part of your package) ship within 2–4 weeks after content approval. Shipping is via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided. Domestic shipping will be included in packages, shipping fees will be added for products; international shipping fees may apply.
3. Lost or Damaged Items
Report any lost or damaged packages within 7 days of receipt. We will assist in resolving the issue and offer replacements where necessary.
4. In-Person Delivery (Event Day)
For services like photo booths or instant prints, materials and equipment are delivered and set up at the venue. Please coordinate access and timing with us in advance.
