Terms & Conditions

1. Business Information
Shareen Malieka Photography is a photography and videography business based in Plainfield, New Jersey, providing services for weddings, events, 360 photo booths, and standard photo booths.
2. Booking & Deposits
A 25% deposit is required to secure your date and time. Deposits may be negotiated at our discretion. Final balance is due on or before the day of service. Bookings can be made online or by scheduling a call.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled or credited toward another service.
4. Deliverables
Photo and video delivery will vary based on service duration. Expect deliverables within 2 weeks to 3 months post-event.
5. Usage Rights
We retain the right to use photos and videos for marketing and promotional use. Full rights can be granted in select packages or for an additional fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
We ensure proper operation of our primary photography and videography equipment. We are not liable for acts of God or failures of 360 and standard photo booths.
7. Client Responsibilities

• Notify us in advance if insurance documents are needed for your venue.

• Provide meals for our team during full-day events.

• For 360 photo booth services, children under 12 and those with special needs must be accompanied by an adult.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
